Systems Engineer 5

Captivation is looking for software developers who can get stuff done while making a difference in support of the mission to protect our country., Captivation Software is looking for a senior level systems engineer who will be assisting with daily responsibilities on the program.

• A High School Diploma or GED plus nineteen (19) years of general systems engineering experience
• A Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus fifteen (15) years of systems engineering experience
• A Master’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus thirteen (13) years of systems engineering experience, * Competent with all manner of hand tools to include power tools
• Competent with RF spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes and signal generators
• Familiarity with Microsoft suite of applications to include Visio, Excel and Word
• Should have working knowledge of Linux
• Experience performing site surveys and / or planning and executing system installations
• Must possess excellent communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team or lead small team projects
• Able to travel OCONUS, CONUS for up to 3-4 weeks at a time
• Experience troubleshooting networks, hardware and software configurations
• Ability to think on the fly and adapt to unexpected challenges
• Familiarity with system design and testing
• Familiarity with customer GOTs software capabilities

• Annual Salary: $130,000 - $270,000 (Depends on the Years of Experience)
• Up to 20% 401k contribution (No Matching Required and Vested from Day 1)
