Job description

This role involves providing support for system updates, planned releases, issue resolution efforts, and business initiatives within a hybrid setting in Vienna, VA. The User Acceptance Testing Analyst is responsible for ensuring business requirements are met and system changes function as expected before implementation. This position requires collaboration with business partners and stakeholders, with a focus on creating comprehensive, repeatable test cases designed to support future automation efforts., Develop and maintain User Acceptance Testing plans, test cases, and supporting documentation. Create comprehensive and well-structured test cases that align with business requirements. Execute testing activities for system updates, enhancements, and defect resolutions. Identify, document, track, and validate issues discovered during testing. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve testing-related issues and ensure requirements are met.

Requirements

Bachelor’’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in User Acceptance Testing, quality assurance, or business validation. Experience developing high-quality UAT test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Experience in Agile and project-based environments supporting multiple initiatives. Understanding of automated testing concepts and best practices.
