Job description
Join our dynamic team in a contract role as a Test Analyst based in the Cincinnati, OH region. In this position, you will lead quality assurance efforts, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure best practices in testing. Proficiency in automation and manual testing tools is essential for success., * Lead QA efforts for life insurance projects, acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and QA teams.
- Drive test strategy planning, estimation, prioritization, and risk management.
- Ensure quality standards and best practices are adhered to across all testing phases.
- Lead creation and review of test plans, scenarios, cases, and data requirements.

Requirements
- Proficiency in communication, stakeholder management, and leadership.
- Experience with manual and automation testing tools and methodologies.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java or Python.
- Familiarity with integration into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber BDD.
