Automation Engineer (Information Technology)

8-12 years of total professional experience

• 4-5+ years of hands-on automation testing experience
• Strong programming skills in Java, with Selenium automation expertise
• Experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks
• Proficient in API automation using Postman or SOAPUI
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
• Practical knowledge of Cucumber BDD for behavior-driven development
• Exposure to Karate framework for API and automation testing
• Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Preferred experience in performance testing and security testing
• Prior work experience in the banking or financial services domain
• Strong understanding of modern Agile methodologies and development practices
