Senior Software Engineer

You’ll join an Agile-focused team supporting government customers on interesting, complex projects building new bespoke software solutions and keeping their capability up to date. You’ll get exposure to:

• Designing, developing and testing software solutions
• Working with a wide range of technologies, with a focus on open-source libraries and components
• Building CI pipelines (e.g. GitLab) to monitor and ensure software quality and security
• Deploying to a mix of public (AWS and Azure) and private cloud environments
• The full software lifecycle - concept, requirements, architecture, implementation, delivery, training and support, and ongoing maintenance
• Leading teams and managing client engagement (depending on experience)

• Commercial experience with Java, TypeScript, JavaScript and React
• Comfortable working with cloud technologies, primarily AWS and Azure
• Previous consultancy experience useful but not essential

• Salary up to 65,000
