ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and develop a team of 3 IT Support EngineersOwn and optimise Oracle Symphony across a growing, multi-site estateAct as the senior escalation point for technical issues across all locationsIdentify recurring issues and implement long-term solutionsIntroduce and improve IT processes, structure, and repeatabilitySupport a high-growth environment with new sites openingEnable the IT Director to focus on more strategic initiativesExperience RequiredProven experience with Oracle Symphony (essential)Strong understanding of inventory management systemsExperience working within a Microsoft technology environmentProven ability to handle senior-level IT support and escalationsBackground in hospitality, retail, or similar multi-site environments (e.g. restaurants, QSR, retail stores)What We’re Looking ForComfortable working with a high level of autonomy and ownershipProactive, but also able to respond effectively in a reactive environmentA strong communicator who can engage across all levels of the businessEnergetic, hands-on, and motivated to make an impactIf this sounds like the right opportunity for you, please apply with your CV and we’ll be in touch with more details.
