Dynamics DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer to join an Azure, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capability. The role will focus on enhancing CI/CD pipelines, automating deployment processes and improving delivery across Microsoft cloud infrastructure., * Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.

• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Manage and optimise Azure DevOps (ADO) pipelines and repositories.
• Manage Git branching, merging and release strategies.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and deployment.
• Ensure secure deployment practices and compliance with security standards.
• Implement and manage monitoring, alerting and logging solutions.
• Support containerisation using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Work collaboratively within Agile/Scrum teams.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and provide root cause analysis and resolution.

• Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and pipeline automation.
• Strong knowledge of Azure and the Microsoft Cloud ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with IaC tools such as ARM, Bicep or Terraform.
• Strong PowerShell Scripting experience.
• Experience deploying and managing Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Strong understanding of Git and branching strategies.
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for repository management and pipeline orchestration.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in a DevOps environment.
• Knowledge of cloud and DevOps security best practices.
• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools such as Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

Desirable

• Azure or DevOps certifications such as AZ-400, AZ-104 or AZ-900.
• Experience with Python or Bash.
• Experience with automated testing and testing frameworks within CI/CD.
• Strong Terraform experience.
