Governance and Planning Manager - SC London SW1, 6 months £530 pd neg

Manage programme plans and sprint planning in Azure DevOps. Develop Programme Board and senior reporting packs.

Create and maintain Plans on a Page and associated reports. Support external PMO activity.

Maintain RAID logs, actions and dependencies.

Run day-to-day delivery for individual implementations.

Coordinate teams, stakeholders, milestones and delivery dependencies.

Escalate risks and provide information supporting governance decisions.

Practical Azure DevOps planning and reporting experience. Programme or project governance within a complex delivery environment.

Sprint planning and delivery-plan management.

Producing Board and senior-level reporting packs.

Maintaining Plans on a Page, RAID logs and governance controls.

Hands-on management of implementations or delivery workstreams.

Managing risks, dependencies, actions and stakeholder reporting.

Agile or hybrid delivery environments.

Desirable experience

Central government or wider public-sector delivery.

Digital transformation programmes.

Delivery across multiple locations and interdependent workstreams.
