Specialty Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Specialty Software Engineer to help drive complex engineering initiatives with broad organizational impact. • Collaborate with engineering teams, business partners, and stakeholders to define requirements and drive successful outcomes.
• Apply sound engineering practices, policies, procedures, and compliance standards in all phases of development.
• Provide technical consultation and recommendations on complex projects and architectural decisions.
• Support planning, execution, and delivery of strategic technology initiatives.
• Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of software engineering, specialty software engineering, or related technical experience.
• Experience designing and delivering scalable, reliable software solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex technical challenges.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
