Requirements
- 12+ years of hands-on experience in Java technologies with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and enterprise application development.
- Extensive experience designing and implementing scalable microservices-based architectures and distributed systems.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, messaging platforms, and event-driven integration patterns.
- Proven experience leading migration and upgrade initiatives involving Java, Spring Boot, Tomcat, frameworks, and third-party dependencies.
- Extensive experience in automation of development, testing, deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and operational processes.
- Hands-on experience leveraging GitHub Copilot or Devin, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and other AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity.
- Exposure to designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade AI Agents/Agentic AI solutions using frameworks such as Copilot Studio, LangChain / LangGraph or Google ADK, with a track record of building production-ready agents.
- Exposure to Microsoft Power Apps/Power Platform.
- Proven ability to lead architecture decisions, mentor engineering teams, and engage with business and technology stakeholders., * 12+ years of experience in Java technologies.
