Requirements

12+ years of hands-on experience in Java technologies with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and enterprise application development. 2. Microservices & Distributed Systems
Extensive experience designing and implementing scalable microservices-based architectures and distributed systems. 3. Event-Driven Architecture
Strong hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, messaging platforms, and event-driven integration patterns. 4. Application Modernization & Upgrades
Proven experience leading migration and upgrade initiatives involving Java, Spring Boot, Tomcat, frameworks, and third-party dependencies. 5. Automation & Engineering Productivity
Extensive experience in automation of development, testing, deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and operational processes. 6. AI-Assisted Software Engineering
Hands-on experience leveraging GitHub Copilot or Devin, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and other AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity. 7. Agentic AI & Intelligent Automation
Exposure to designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade AI Agents/Agentic AI solutions using frameworks such as Copilot Studio, LangChain / LangGraph or Google ADK, with a track record of building production-ready agents. 8. Low-Code Platforms
Exposure to Microsoft Power Apps/Power Platform 9. Technical Leadership
Proven ability to lead architecture decisions, mentor engineering teams, and engage with business and technology stakeholders.

Preferred Experience: Python, Cloud platforms (Azure), Kubernetes, DevSecOps, and Banking/Financial Services domain experience.
