Requirements

Remote position (working central time zone) that will require occasional travel to client sites. Position might require a security clearance so must be eligable to get a US Security Clearance!

Will need strong configuring and developing in ServiceNow, particularly CMDB, Asset Management, Vulnerability Response. Integration with Maximo, Qualys, Tanium and other application tools. Will also need experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, Import Sets, Transform Maps, or comparable integration technologies.

  • Experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, Import Sets, Transform Maps, or comparable integration technologies.
  • Demonstrated understanding of OT environments and cybersecurity, including the operational constraints associated with manufacturing/industrial environments.
  • Experience designing or implementing OT vulnerability management workflows in ServiceNow. Troubleshooting

  • Experience with troubleshooting technical issues in ServiceNow (mainly reconciliation rules). ServiceNow Training
