Job description

To support this journey, they are looking for a talented Requirements Engineer to act as the bridge between customers, Product Management and software development teams., * Gather, analyse and structure business requirements from customers and internal stakeholders.

Translate requirements into clear functional and technical specifications, use cases and feature descriptions.
Work closely with developers and Product Managers to define where new features should be implemented and how they should be designed at a high level.
Validate new functionality before delivery to customers.

Requirements

Several years of experience in Requirements Engineering, Business Analysis or a similar role within software development.
Strong communication skills and the confidence to present to customers in German.
Technical understanding of software development, ideally with exposure to Java, Spring Boot, Docker and Kubernetes.
