Job description

Senior Scrum Master (Contract) Mobile Delivery 6 months Inside IR35 Watford (1 day/month onsite), We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to support a high-profile mobile technology team delivering Android and Flutter capabilities used across stores. This is a hands-on contract opportunity for a delivery-focused Agile professional with strong Jira Cloud and Jira Align expertise., * Lead Scrum ceremonies for a large team of engineers and technology professionals.
  • Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, delivery execution, dependency management, and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, QA, DevOps, and ART leadership to ensure delivery readiness and predictability.
  • Champion Agile best practices, Jira hygiene, flow metrics, and SAFe ways of working.
  • Support ART-level ceremonies including PI Planning, ART Sync, Inspect & Adapt, and dependency reviews.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Strong experience operating within SAFe Agile environments.
  • Hands-on expertise with Jira Cloud and Jira Align.
  • Mobile delivery experience (Android, Flutter, digital products, or store technology) highly desirable.
  • Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe certifications preferred.
