• Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, ensuring Scrum principles are followed.

• We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with over 10 years of expertise in Agile methodologies, project delivery, and team facilitation.
• The ideal candidate will lead Agile teams, ensure adherence to Scrum principles, and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of Project Management practices and proficiency in JIRA for tracking and reporting are essential., * 10+ years of experience in Agile environments, with at least 5 years as a Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks.
• Proven experience in Project Management and stakeholder communication.
