Embedded Sw Tester

Experteer Overview In this role you verify and validate embedded software for secure telecom systems, shaping test strategies with cross-functional teams.You’ll design tests, build automated suites, and perform both manual and automated validation on embedded platforms.You will help ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance while driving continuous improvement.This is a hands-on position in a globally collaborating team that values thorough testing and clear traceability to requirements.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Contribute to Ru**D test strategy and operation * Design and implement comprehensive test cases for embedded software * Develop automated test frameworks and scripts for unit, integration and system testing * Conduct manual and automated testing on embedded platforms (microcontrollers, SoCs) * Analyze test results, identify root causes, and coordinate with developers to resolve issues * Support the Test Manager to ensure traceability between requirements, test cases and results * Drive continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and methodologies * Participate in code reviews from a testability perspective * Maintain test documentation and generate test reports for stakeholders * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards (ISO **, DO-178C, IEC ****) Responsabilidades * 3+ years of experience in embedded software testing * Strong knowledge of embedded systems, RTOS, and microcontroller architectures * Proficiency in Python and C/C++ * Experience with version control and CI/CD tools (Git, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps) * Experience with project tracking and documentation tools (JIRA, Confluence) * Experience with artifact dependency management tools (Nexus) * Experience with test automation tools/frameworks (e.g., Jenkins) * Familiarity with hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing and simulation environments * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong communication and teamwork abilities * Fluent in written and spoken English Requisitos principales * flexible working hours * remote work option * private insurance * transport tickets * training and development * canteen and meals
