Product Owner (.EDU/Research/HSL)

Insight Global is looking for a Product Analyst/Product Owner with a background in digital product development for our client, an enterprise healthcare organization. This individual will be working on patient and user facing applications, that are part of a larger digital product portfolio.

Day to day Responsibilities include:

-Working with users and Business stakeholders to define, validate, and document business requirements

-Map business requirements to potential technology-based solutions, and identify opportunities for additional process improvements

-Develop project proposals, plans, and timelines, including estimates of client and NYUMC staff effort required for completion

-Oversee collaboration with technology and business stakeholders in order to provide high-quality solutions and deliverables within defined timelines

-Collaborate with technical implementation teams throughout the full SDLC, schedule stand ups & meetings

-Respond as needed to any updated or changed requirements and update plans, documents, and test plans accordingly

At least 5 years of Product Analyst/Product Owner experience

-Experience working on digital or web based products/projects

-Strong understanding of Agile processes (including: creating user stories, participating/facilitating scrum ‘ceremonies’, Kanban etc. )

-UX experience: involved in user research, user testing

-Great communication/Ability to interact with dev teams, stakeholders, third party vendors and senior leadership
