Product Owner- AI Apps

Insight Global is seeking a Product Owner to support a leading healthcare organization’s enterprise transformation efforts. This individual will partner closely with executive leadership, operational stakeholders, and technical teams to drive the delivery of strategic initiatives focused on workforce optimization, AI-enabled solutions, and revenue generation opportunities across the health system.

The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between business and technology, helping define product roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, gather requirements, and ensure solutions align with organizational goals. This role will play a key part in identifying, evaluating, and operationalizing AI applications that improve workforce efficiency, enhance patient and employee experiences, and create new revenue streams.

• Partner with executive leadership to define and execute strategic initiatives across clinical, operational, and administrative functions.

• Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for enterprise technology and AI-driven initiatives.

• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, backlogs, and implementation plans.

• Collaborate with data, analytics, AI, and application development teams to deliver scalable solutions.

• Evaluate workforce AI opportunities, including automation, workforce productivity, scheduling optimization, virtual assistants, and operational efficiency initiatives.

• Drive the adoption of revenue-generating AI applications, including patient engagement tools, digital health solutions, predictive analytics, and service-line growth initiatives.

• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, status updates, and executive presentations.

• Define success metrics, track outcomes, and continuously refine products based on user feedback and business value.

Ensure alignment between organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and technology investments.

• 5+ years of Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or related experience.

• Experience leading strategic technology initiatives within a healthcare provider environment.

• Strong background gathering requirements and translating business needs into actionable product deliverables.

• Experience working with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, product roadmaps, and backlog management.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
