FircoSoft Developer

Role: FircoSoft Developer with hands-on experience in Fircosoft version v6.12.x - MANDATORY Experience: 6-12 Years Domain: Banking / Financial Crime Compliance / AML & Sanctions Screening Key Responsibilities Design, develop, configure, and support FircoSoft Trust, Continuity, and screening solutions for AML, sanctions, and name screening initiatives. Implement and maintain FircoSoft configurations, formats, profiles, rules, and workflows. Develop and optimize SQL/PLSQL code, database objects, and shell scripts supporting FircoSoft applications. Analyze and tune screening alerts, false positives, and matching rules to improve screening effectiveness. Integrate customer, transaction, and watchlist data feeds with FircoSoft screening platforms. Support production releases, deployments, incident resolution, and performance tuning. Collaborate with Compliance, Business, and Technology teams to gather requirements and implement solutions. Prepare technical design documents, test cases, and deployment documentation.

6+ years of hands-on experience with FircoSoft Trust, Continuity, or related FircoSoft products. Fircosoft version v6.12.x and later Strong experience in SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, Triggers, and Shell Scripting. Experience with sanctions screening, watchlist screening, AML/KYC, PEP, adverse media, and World-Check integrations. Good understanding of FircoSoft alert tuning, configuration management, and screening workflows. Experience with Unix/Linux environments and deployment tools such as Git and Jenkins. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Preferred Skills Exposure to AWS, Hadoop, Databricks, Impala, or PostgreSQL. Experience working with global banking clients and compliance transformation programs. Nice-to-Have Domain Experience AML & Financial Crime Compliance
