Job description

We are looking for an experienced Fircosoft Developer to design, configure, develop, and maintain sanctions-screening and compliance applications for financial institutions, supporting AML and regulatory compliance requirements., * Configure and maintain Fircosoft applications, including Firco Continuity and Firco Trust, for real-time and batch transaction screening (SWIFT, Wire, ACH).

  • Tune screening rules, analyze alerts, reduce false positives, and optimize matching accuracy.
  • Integrate Fircosoft with Oracle/MS SQL databases and messaging platforms such as Kafka and IBM MQ.
  • Develop and optimize Core Java/J2EE applications, PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, and backend services.
  • Work with SOAP web services, REST APIs, and enterprise application integrations.
  • Develop Unix/Linux shell scripts for automation, monitoring, and operational support.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, improve application performance, and ensure system stability and compliance.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Fircosoft development and configuration.
  • Expertise in Core Java/J2EE, Kafka, and PL/SQL.
  • Experience with SQL databases, messaging systems, SOAP/REST web services, and APIs.
  • Knowledge of AML, sanctions screening, and financial transaction processing.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
