Enterprise Application Architect

• Lead functional and technical software architecture design for enterprise child support enforcement systems.
• Oversee technical requirement validation, system design, and testing phases performed by development contractors.
• Manage system integration between core child support platforms, state directory of new hires tools, and client web portals.
• Direct requirements management processes and maintain system traceability using a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
• Construct workflow charts, technical specifications, and user stories to guide software development teams.
• Review vendor contract deliverables, technical architectures, and software change requests to control scope.
• Author technical architecture reports, system trend summaries, and functional progress metrics for project managers.

• 5 or more years of experience in enterprise software architecture for state-level child support enforcement applications.
• Proficiency in Federal Title IV-D child support regulations, functional system architecture, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with designing and integrating state directory of new hires databases and customer web portals.
• Experience in full lifecycle software engineering using SQL Server, Team Foundation Server (TFS), and Visio.
• Experience with Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM), use cases, user stories, and workflow modeling.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams of business analysts, developers, and quality assurance testers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
