Job description
We are looking for an Executive Desktop Support specialist to provide high-touch technical assistance for leadership and employees in San Francisco, California. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who excels in a cloud-first environment, enjoys hands-on endpoint support, and can balance day-to-day troubleshooting with executive-level service. The role combines advanced desktop support, device administration, and close collaboration with business teams to keep workplace technology running smoothly.
This is a hybrid opportunity and requires 3 days on site.
Responsibilities:
Deliver advanced desktop support for complex user issues, serving as an escalation point for technical problems across the organization.
Provide concierge-style technology assistance to executives and key stakeholders with a strong focus on responsiveness and professionalism.
Administer modern endpoint management tools, including Microsoft Intune, to support device configuration, compliance, and lifecycle management.
Support Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, Azure-based identity tools, and collaboration platforms used by business teams.
Coordinate workstation rollouts, hardware replacements, and user device migrations for the San Francisco, California office.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting both Windows and Mac computers in a predominantly Windows-based environment.
Assist with the shift of entry-level support activities to an external service model while maintaining continuity for end users.
Monitor and work through support tickets, partnering with colleagues to address technical needs across multiple departments.
Provide onsite assistance in a corporate office setting and help maintain dependable daily technology operations for real estate-focused business units.
Requirements
Experience delivering Tier 1 through Tier 3 desktop support within enterprise or similarly complex business environments. Proven success supporting senior executives with a high-service, white-glove approach to end-user assistance. Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune, endpoint administration, device provisioning, and policy management. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, including Exchange Online, Azure, and identity access support. Ability to support and troubleshoot Windows 10, Microsoft Windows environments, and macOS endpoints. Background in hardware refresh initiatives, workstation deployments, and general device lifecycle support. Familiarity with Active Directory, service desk ticket management, and structured troubleshooting practices. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with IT teams, leadership, and business stakeholders.
