Job description

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of an Analytics Program, a strategic initiative focused on transforming contract data into enterprise-grade intelligence. This role will oversee the end-to-end execution of a cross-functional program that expands analytics capabilities across Legal, Sales, Market Planning, Product Delivery, Consulting, Implementation, and Business Transformation teams. The Program Manager will be responsible for driving delivery of a complex portfolio of data, analytics, AI, and business process enhancements built on Databricks, contract digitization, data normalization, and cross-system integrations. Success requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, governance discipline, and the ability to translate business objectives into measurable outcomes. The pay rate for this role ranges between $55-65/hour based on years of experience., Program Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of the Schedule A Analytics program through completion.

  • Develop and maintain integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, critical paths, and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Establish governance structures, status reporting, and executive communications.

  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, issues, risks, assumptions, and decisions.

  • Coordinate multiple workstreams across technology, analytics, product, legal, sales, and operations teams.

  • Ensure alignment between business case objectives and delivered capabilities.

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary liaison between executive sponsors, technology teams, business stakeholders, and external contractors.

  • Facilitate executive steering committees and stakeholder working sessions.

  • Drive consensus across diverse stakeholder groups with competing priorities.

  • Ensure stakeholder requirements are documented, prioritized, and incorporated into delivery plans.

Analytics & Data Strategy Enablement

  • Oversee delivery of:

  • Canonical Schedule A Data Repository

  • Document-to-Entity Traceability Framework

  • AI-Driven Contract Search & Comparison Capabilities

  • Salesforce Contract Enrichment Pipelines

  • Pricing Analytics and Normalization Capabilities

  • MSA Contract Visibility and Analytics Expansion

  • Deterministic Query and Response Framework

  • Coordinate business validation of analytics outputs and adoption across stakeholder groups.

Vendor, Contractor & Resource Management

  • Manage a global delivery team consisting of engineers, analysts, and contractors.

  • Coordinate staffing plans, onboarding, capacity management, and performance of external resources.

  • Monitor resource utilization against approved capital budgets.

Financial & Executive Accountability

  • Manage the approved $2.18M capital budget and associated cloud investment.

  • Track forecasts, burn rates, financial risks, and variance reporting.

  • Provide regular executive-level updates on progress, risks, budget, and value realization.

  • Ensure deliverables align to approved business case commitments.

Change Management & Adoption

  • Drive user adoption strategies across Legal, Sales, Market Planning, Product Delivery, and Implementation teams.

  • Establish success metrics and benefit realization tracking.

  • Coordinate communications, training, and rollout activities.

  • Promote enterprise adoption of analytics capabilities and self-service insights.

  • Successful deployment of analytics capabilities supporting Legal, Sales, Market Planning, Product Delivery, and Consulting organizations., * Achievement of targeted operational efficiencies and progress toward the projected $1.28M annual cost avoidance.

  • Increased analytical insight supporting pricing governance, contract analysis, and business decision-making.

  • Delivery of scalable capabilities that support future growth without proportional increases in operational overhead.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a strategic program leader who can operate comfortably between executives, business stakeholders, data teams, and engineers. They possess strong governance discipline while also driving innovation, adoption, and business value from advanced analytics and AI-enabled solutions. They are equally capable of discussing executive business outcomes, data architecture dependencies, and delivery execution details to ensure the Schedule A Analytics program becomes an enterprise capability rather than simply a technology project., * 7+ years of program or project management experience leading enterprise-scale technology initiatives.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field required.

  • PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent program/project management certification preferred.

  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered

  • Proven success managing complex data, analytics, AI, or digital transformation programs.

  • Experience managing cross-functional teams across business and technology organizations.

  • Experience presenting to executive leadership and steering committees.

  • Experience managing budgets exceeding $1M.
