• Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting AI-driven testing and quality initiatives
• Experience working in fast-paced, pilot-driven environments
• Ability to collaborate effectively across EMEA, APAC, and AMS teams
• Experience with AI Cloud Architecture and development is a plus
• Strong documentation and communication skills

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred.
