System Administration And Maintenance

• The System Administration & Maintenance professional will be responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and supporting enterprise systems and applications.
• The role involves system monitoring, incident management, database coordination, security compliance, and ensuring high availability and performance of production environments., * Install, configure, upgrade, and patch software applications.
• Monitor system health, logs, and proactively resolve system issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions.
• Collaborate with database teams to maintain Oracle and SQL performance and integrity.
• Provide on-call support for production incidents and priority issues.
• Triage and resolve real-time system incidents and perform RCA.
• Work with cross-functional teams including development, network, security, and data teams.
• Document system configurations, process flows, and operational procedures.
• Support application and reporting development for business operations.
• Manage user access, permissions, and security controls.
• Apply security patches, perform monitoring, and ensure backup compliance.
• Implement security controls including firewalls, antivirus, and vulnerability remediation.
• Support audit and compliance requirements aligned with ITIL processes.

• 5 7 years of experience in system administration required.
• Experience in Windows server environments and system administration required.
• Experience with Oracle and SQL database environments required.
• Experience in scripting for automation and system support required.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS preferred.
• Experience supporting financial applications and reporting systems preferred., * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in team environments.
