Data Scientist (Programmatic)

Smadex is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to work closely with ML and Product teams. The role involves analyzing large data sets of mobile user behavior to influence product and machine learning strategies, working cross-functionally with business and technical teams, and developing dashboards and processes to ensure data-driven decisions. Candidates should have 3+ years experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist in the programmatic sector (SSP, DSP, MMP), a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field, strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in Python and SQL, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of statistical concepts and hypothesis testing. Knowledge of the ad-tech industry is a plus. The position is full-time, hybrid with 2 days work from home per week, and based in Barcelona or willing to relocate.
