AI Engineer

The AI Engineers will be responsible for building, configuring, integrating, and supporting enterprise AI agents and copilots usingMicrosoft’s AI ecosystem., Develop and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio. Build and maintain enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions. Configure AI orchestration and multi-agent workflows. Integrate AI solutions with Workday and enterprise systems. Implement MCP and A2A-based communication patterns. Build integrations using Microsoft Graph, APIs, connectors, and Azure services. Support testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimisation activities. Develop reusable AI components and accelerators. Assist with customer demonstrations, workshops, and knowledge transfer activities. Document solutions and support operational handover. Required Skills & Experience Essential Hands-on experience with: Microsoft 365 Copilot Copilot Studio Azure AI Services Azure OpenAI Power Platform

Proven experience delivering Microsoft Agentic AI implementations. Experience developing AI agents and orchestrated workflows. Experience integrating solutions with Workday. Understanding of: MCP (Model Context Protocol) A2A (Agent-to-Agent) Protocols RAG Architectures AI Security and Governance Experience working within Agile delivery environments. Strong stakeholder communication skills. Desirable Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and API Management. Knowledge of Microsoft Graph and Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Banking or regulated industry experience. Experience supporting enterprise-scale AI deployments.
