Aufgaben </p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide technical support for a business-critical corporate application (CargoWise One), acting as an escalation point for infrastructure incidents</p> </li> <li> <p>Configure, maintain, patch and troubleshoot CargoWise One application hosted on the Microsoft Windows Server environments</p> </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft IIS - sites, application pools to keep the web/application layer healthy and performant</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Maintain and monitor Microsoft SQL Server databases hosted on AWS EC2, including availability, backups and performance</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Monitor our AWS infrastructure via Monitoring Tool (CheckMK)</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Administer and troubleshoot Citrix DaaS published-application delivery for end users (Only for CargoWise One Application)</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Diagnose and resolve complex, cross-layer incidents spanning the application, server, IIS, database and access components</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to implement business solutions</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Collaborate with WiseTech Global as the upstream platform

provider</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Document technical procedures and operational processes, and maintain and improve knowledge-base articles</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Participate in the on-call rotation (up to two weeks per quarter)</li> </ul> <p>Profil </p> <p>Essential</p> <ul> <li>Completed degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or equivalent vocational training, with at least 1 year experience in system administration and/or application support.</li> <li>Solid, hands-on Microsoft Windows Server administration</li> <li>Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server</li> <li>Practical experience in IIS administration and troubleshooting (application pools, bindings, certificates, logs)</li> <li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a structured, root-cause approach</li> <li>Professional proficiency in English</li> <li>Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset</li> <li>Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies</li> <li>Willingness to participate in on-call duties (up to two weeks per quarter)</li> </ul> <p>Desirable</p> <ul> <li>Basic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory Administration</li> <li>Experience troubleshooting Citrix environment</li> <li>Familiarity with core AWS services and infrastructure (EC2, S3, OpenSearch)</li> <li>Understanding of XML / EDI integration interfaces</li> <li>Prior experience with CargoWise One (CW1) or another business-critical logistics / ERP platform</li> <li>Experience working in a multicultural or multilingual, globally distributed team</li> <li>German or additional languages</li> </ul> <p>Wir bieten </p> <ul> <li>Hellmann Spirit: Culture focussing on people & relationship.
