Vice President, M&A Tech, Berlin

As Vice President, you will work closely with senior bankers on the origination and execution of complex technology transactions across Europe. You will lead deal processes, manage client relationships, mentor junior team members, and contribute to the continued development of the firm’s technology franchise., * Leading the execution of buy-side and sell-side M&A mandates from initial pitch through to completion

• Managing due diligence, financial analysis, valuation workstreams, and transaction documentation
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, investors, founders, and counterparties
• Supporting senior bankers with business development initiatives and pitch situations
• Reviewing and mentoring Analysts and Associates across live transactions and marketing materials
• Coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction delivery
• Developing expertise across key technology subsectors including software, digital services, fintech, deep tech, consumer technology, and sports technology, Candidates may come from a variety of technology verticals, including:
• Enterprise Software

More important than a specific subsector focus is the ability to demonstrate a strong and credible technology deal sheet.

• Proven investment banking experience within Technology M&A
