SF Developer/Integration Lead India - Senior

The SF Developer/Integration Lead India will provide hands-on technical leadership for Salesforce development and integration delivery across distributed teams. The role will lead implementation across Energy & Utilities Cloud, OmniStudio and OmniScript, the Salesforce Clean Energy Module, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, APIs, and enterprise integration patterns. This individual will establish development standards, review code and configuration, mentor developers, resolve complex technical issues, coordinate effectively with onshore stakeholders, and remain directly involved through testing, deployment, and production transition., 1. Lead hands-on Salesforce development and integration delivery across Energy & Utilities Cloud, OmniStudio and OmniScript, the Salesforce Clean Energy Module, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, and core platform capabilities.

1. Design, build, and review solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, platform events, custom metadata, validation rules, permission sets, and reusable platform patterns.
2. Lead integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using REST or SOAP APIs, middleware, event-driven patterns, batch interfaces, data services, SAP BTP, and customer-facing APIs.
3. Translate user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, data mappings, and architecture direction into implementation-ready technical designs and development tasks.
4. Establish and enforce development standards, code quality, security, unit testing, naming conventions, documentation, deployment readiness, and production-support expectations.
5. Perform technical design, code, configuration, and integration reviews; resolve complex defects, governor-limit issues, performance concerns, and deployment blockers.
6. Coordinate and mentor developers in India and other locations while maintaining clear communication, delivery ownership, and effective overlap with onshore teams.
7. Partner with architects, Client, QA, data migration, security, release, and integration teams through design, build, testing, cutover, and stabilization.

1. 7+ years of relevant enterprise delivery experience, including senior-level ownership of complex workstreams, mentoring, and delivery quality.
2. Hands-on Salesforce development leadership experience across complex enterprise implementations.
3. Deep hands-on implementation experience with Salesforce OmniStudio and OmniScript, including Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, FlexCards, and reusable guided-process patterns.
4. Strong experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, SOQL, security and sharing, permissions, validation rules, and deployment practices.
5. Strong Salesforce integration experience using REST or SOAP APIs, middleware, platform events, asynchronous patterns, error handling, monitoring, and data mapping.
6. Ability to lead distributed developers, review technical work, resolve issues independently, and remain accountable for quality and delivery outcomes.
7. Strong English verbal and written communication skills, including direct collaboration with onshore stakeholders and clear explanation of risks, tradeoffs, and technical decisions.
8. Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments with cross-functional onshore and offshore teams.
9. Experience using enterprise-approved AI-assisted tools where appropriate, with independent validation of outputs., 1. Experience with Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud in a complex enterprise implementation.
10. Experience with the Salesforce Clean Energy Module or comparable clean-energy program capabilities.
11. Utility customer information system or regulated-industry delivery experience, including Salesforce integrations with SAP BTP, customer APIs, data platforms, billing systems, or other enterprise applications.
12. Salesforce Platform Developer II, OmniStudio Developer, Energy & Utilities Cloud, Data Cloud, Integration Architect, or comparable credentials; release governance, cutover, hypercare, and production troubleshooting experience is also valued.
