AWS is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a Data Center Security Manager to join our expanding Infrastructure Operations team.

Key job responsibilities Deliver Results Oversee contract security staff and daily operations Manage data center security Coordinate with security vendors Maintain availability for emergency response Monitor and ensure functionality of security systems Ownership Drive continuous improvement through KPIs and improvement plans Ensure proper protocol adherence by all personnel Oversee access control, visitor management, and CCTV systems Manage facility access badge issuance Maintain security equipment through regular inspections Implement preventative maintenance programs Bias for Action Investigate security incidents and provide notifications Involvement in emergency response plans and evacuation procedures Develop relationships with law enforcement and emergency services Customer Obsession Generate security incident reports Prepare and deliver presentations to business partners Support internal security evaluations Ensure compliance with corporate security standards Earn Trust Identify security-related opportunities Develop innovative security solutions Ensure professional security interactions

About the team AWS Infrastructure Services (AIS) owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we’re the people who keep the cloud running. 2+ years of overseeing security operations and working with security vendors/contractors experience, Experience working on physical security design and implementation of Access Control/Intrusion Detection and CCTV Surveillance systems

• 2+ years of work in identifying security issues and risks, and developing mitigation plans experience
• 2+ years of workflow experience
• 1+ years of fraud/risk investigations experience

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
