Job description

7+ years of experience with Salesforce and enterprise data platforms.
Hands-on experience with Databricks and big data technologies.
Experience building AI-enabled analytics solutions.
Knowledge of customer data platforms (CDP) and Customer 360 concepts.
Salesforce certifications are a plus.
Databricks certifications are a plus.
Design and build scalable data pipelines integrating Salesforce data with Databricks and cloud platforms.
Develop adaptive analytics solutions for customer behavior analysis, forecasting, and AI-driven insights.
Work with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and related CRM systems.
Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows using Databricks, PySpark, SQL, and Python.
Create customer 360 views and unified business intelligence dashboards.
Develop predictive models and intelligent automation workflows using AI/ML technologies.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party enterprise systems using REST APIs and connectors.
Collaborate with business teams, analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand analytics requirements.
Ensure data quality, governance, security, and performance optimization across platforms.
Support real-time and batch analytics processing for enterprise-scale datasets.
Troubleshoot and optimize analytics workflows and data integration processes.
Document technical architecture, workflows, and implementation processes.
