Job description
- Collaborate directly with senior management to deliver SaaS products and bespoke client platforms
- Direct and review AI agent work: decomposing tasks, writing the specs agents work from, and holding the quality bar on what comes back
- Contribute to design discussions and take full ownership of development projects
- Ensure robust implementations across both frontend and backend systems
- Work directly with clients to turn vague requirements into something buildable
- Support and elevate teammates while delivering extraordinary, innovative solutions
- The work itself: You’ll move across a portfolio rather than sitting on one product for years. One month it’s a data integration against a legacy practice management system, the next a greenfield Vue 3 application. We’re a small, senior team with no layer of management between you and the decisions.

- Strong MongoDB experience: CRUD, schema design, indexing and query optimisation
- Hands-on experience with Claude Code, with a clear view on where agentic tooling genuinely helps and where it doesn’t. This is how we deliver, not a side experiment
- Solid engineering fundamentals: Git workflows, unit testing, debugging, CI/CD pipelines, Docker and modern deployment practice
- A mindset that embraces Agile, continuous learning and AI-assisted development, with the autonomy to own work end to end
Benefits & conditions
Are you ready to build more than just another app? Do you want to work across the full stack, from beautiful UIs to robust backends, and see your work making an impact across sectors from defence to sport? Welcome to Vindico, one of Wales’ most innovative software organisations.
We don’t just write code. We create remarkable solutions that transform how industries operate. We’re an AI-native studio, and that isn’t a line on our website: our delivery runs through an agent orchestration system built on Claude Code, and our developers spend as much time directing and reviewing agent work as writing code by hand. We rebuilt our process around it, and it changed what a small team can ship.
At Vindico, we believe in being remarkable. Every day, every project, every line of code is an opportunity to exceed expectations and create something extraordinary. Being remarkable means:
- Going beyond the ordinary to deliver extraordinary results - Taking full ownership of what you build, from brief to production - Having the courage to suggest better ways of doing things - Supporting and elevating your teammates - Making an impact that extends beyond your own remit - Bringing your unique perspective and creativity to every project
The GSD (Get Shit Done) Factor: We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just code but delivers: someone who thrives on taking responsibility across the stack, enjoys solving problems, and wants to be part of a fast-moving, ambitious team.
What you get: - Competitive salary based on experience - Private healthcare - Fully remote working, outcome-focused - Workplace pension - Company socials, sports tickets - Extended paternity leave - A genuine chance to shape projects across multiple sectors
