Job description

  • Work as part of our Service Desk team supporting customers using Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases
  • Shadow experienced colleagues during the initial training period
  • Gradually take ownership of our own support tickets
  • Learn on the job with guidance from senior engineers when needed

Requirements

  • IT-related university degree
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A genuine willingness and desire to learn
  • Exposure to relational databases such as Oracle or SQL Server would be advantageous
  • Previous customer-facing experience would be beneficial, particularly within an IT environment
  • Comfort working a shift pattern that includes three 13-hour shifts per week, with most shifts on nights once fully trained
