Systems Engineer

We’re hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner The Role - Play a pivotal role in building and leading operations and development teams - Deliver high-availability AWS services, including EC2, S3, Dynamo, Lambda, and Bedrock, exclusively for EU customers - Oversee the launch of the ESC in 2025 - Collaborate with global AWS teams and influence the evolution of AWS services and technology - Improve availability, reliability, latency, performance, and efficiency of the ESC What You’ll Need - Experience as a systems engineer with a strong background in cloud operations - Fluency in written and spoken English - National of an EU member state and residing in the EU - Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or related IT discipline) or equivalent industry experience - Knowledge or experience in scripting (Bash, Python, or Ruby) or software development (Java, TypeScript, or similar), coupled with Linux and networking fundamentals What’s On Offer - Opportunity to work on the inaugural
