Job description
An established financial services organization is seeking a Technical Systems Analyst to translate business needs into technical solutions, support Pega-based initiatives, and partner across teams to deliver and validate solutions., * Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements * Translate business needs into technical designs and delivered solutions * Analyze workflows, data, processes, integrations, and system designs * Support user acceptance testing, including test cases, execution, validation, and documentation * Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to support delivery, releases, and documentation across the SDLC.
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Technical Analyst, Pega Developer, Product Owner, or similar role * Hands-on experience with Pega Systems * Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements * Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and deliverable solutions * Experience with software development methodologies and the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) * Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case development, test execution, validation, and documentation * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex processes, data, and requirements * Experience documenting workflows, technical designs, system interfaces, and business processes * Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders * Ability to present analysis, recommendations, and technical concepts clearly to management and project teams
Desired Skills: * Pega development experience * Pega Product Owner experience * Experience with low-code/no-code application development and workflow automation * Experience with modeling, forecasting, simulation, or quantitative analysis * Experience with process improvement and workflow optimization * Experience managing or contributing to project roadmaps and implementation plans * Experience working with vendors and cross-functional enterprise teams * Experience in financial services, banking, or another highly regulated environment * Familiarity with enterprise knowledge-management or Center of Excellence environments
