Job description

Lead and contribute to a high-performing Agile team focused on delivering innovative software solutions
Drive improvements in technology and development processes
Engage in Scrum practices and collaborate with other Agile frameworks
Foster strong relationships with team members including developers, QA engineers, and product owners
Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing within the team
Investigate the application of AI and machine learning in imaging diagnostics and process automation

Requirements

Proficient in designing, building, and deploying web applications, APIs, and microservices
Experienced with Git for version control
Skilled in Java, Spring Boot,.NET, and C# development
Familiar with front-end technologies such as Angular, HTML, CSS, and React
Proficient in managing both SQL and NoSQL databases
Knowledgeable about cloud services, particularly with AWS or similar providers
Experience or strong interest in integrating AI/ML into applications
