Job description
- Design develop and enhance enterprise grade applications using the latest NET technologies
- Implement AWS cloud native solutions following industry best practices
- Leverage GitHub Copilot Prompt Engineering and AI Agents to accelerate coding design and implementation activities
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to modernize applications and integrate cloud services for the IDP platform
- Lead database migration and modernization initiatives including MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL environments
- Ensure adherence to coding standards code quality practices and SDLC processes
- Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to improve application efficiency maintainability and business value realization
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and production support
- Provide technical leadership mentoring and guidance to development teams
- Drive Agentic AI and GenAI led engineering practices to improve productivity quality and delivery velocity
- Collaborate across teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure high system availability and performance
- Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices for code quality security and maintainability
- Engage with business and technology stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Foster innovation continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across engineering teams
