Staff Software Engineer - RCM (Remote)

• Lead the architecture and technical vision of the Revenue Cycle Management Payments team
• Design scalable and robust systems to improve revenue workflows
• Collaborate with product and clinical stakeholders to address operational challenges
• Mentor and guide a team of engineers in best engineering practices
• Drive a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement

• 8+ years of professional software development experience, particularly in complex distributed systems
• Expertise in backend distributed architecture and full-stack engineering, including TypeScript, React, and Node.js
• Proven leadership in cross-team technical initiatives from conception to delivery
• Ability to mentor engineers and enhance team performance through technical guidance
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools to boost development efficiency and code quality
