This is a specialized role for a senior-level professional who can work hands-on with CRM migration architecture and execution while navigating a highly customized SAP ECC environment. The candidate should understand how CRM migration impacts existing ECC customizations and be capable of making sound architectural and technical decisions. Key Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP CRM.
• Proven experience with SAP CRM migration/integration to SAP ECC.
• Strong SAP CRM-to-ECC architecture experience.
• Ability to work hands-on rather than functioning solely in a high-level advisory or management capacity.
• Experience dealing with customized SAP ECC environments, particularly where existing customizations extend beyond the CRM migration.
• Strong understanding of CRM and ECC integration points, dependencies, and data flows.
• Experience analyzing the impact of CRM migration on existing ECC customizations and business processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex migration and integration issues.
• Strong architectural decision-making and technical ownership.
