Join us through an exciting VIE as an IT, Digital and Master Data, based in Mungia, Spain !In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the digital transformation of industrial and logistics operations through SAP implementation, master data management, and process digitalization.Master Data & SAP PreparationContribute to the definition, structuring, and cleansing of industrial and logistics master data (materials, bills of materials, routings, work centers, and warehouse locations).Support the alignment of master data with SAP configuration and industrial requirements, in coordination with central teams.Ensure data consistency across production, warehouse operations, planning, and quality functions.Industrial & Logistics Process DigitalizationContribute to digitalization initiatives related to:warehouse redesign,material handling and WMS interfaces,production and testing areas (mini-FAT, FAT, labeling, and traceability).Participate in the identification and deployment of digital tools and applications supporting production and warehouse operations.Contribute to the testing, validation, and documentation phases of deployed solutions.IT Coordination & Stakeholder InterfaceAct as a local point of contact between operational teams, IT, Supply Chain, and external partners.Contribute to the clarification of IT requirements supporting the ramp-up of MESA-G and the reorganization of MESA-M.Participate in workshops and working sessions to consolidate business needs and priorities.Data Quality & ReportingContribute to the implementation of data quality standards and governance rules.Participate in the development of dashboards and reporting tools to support decision-making.Document business processes, data models, and digital workflows.Education :Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Industrial Management, Supply Chain, or similar fieldExperience :1-2 years of experience ( internships and apprenticeships are included)Required Skills :Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written), Spanish is a plusSolid general IT understanding (data structures, system logic, basic databases)Knowledge or strong motivation to learn ERP systems (SAP)Good analytical skills and attention to detail in data handlingProficient in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)Strong stakeholder management: ability to work with teams at all levelsSocial and collaborative mindset with the ability to build trustStructured, autonomous, and proactive working styleCuriosity and willingness to learn new systemsWhat’s in it for me?International experience in a dynamic manufacturing environmentHands-on exposure to major ERP systemsParticipation in strategic digital transformation initiativesCoaching from experienced managers and technical expertsA multicultural work environment fostering growth and developmentLooking to make an IMPACT with your career?When you are thinking about joining a new team, culture matters.At Schneider Electric, our values and behaviors are the foundation for creating a great culture to support business success.We believe that our IMPACT values - Inclusion, Mastery, Purpose, Action, Curiosity, Teamwork - starts with us.IMPACT is also your invitation to join Schneider Electric where you can contribute to turning sustainability ambition into actions, no matter what role you play.It is a call to connect your career with the ambition of achieving a more resilient, efficient, and sustainable world.We are looking for IMPACT Makers; Requirements
