Experteer Overview As Digital Project Manager, you lead end-to-end delivery of strategic digital and AI initiatives to transform Customer Support.You steer projects from discovery to global rollout, delivering data-driven solutions that boost frontline efficiency and customer experience while aligning with regional and global objectives.You’ll work with cross-functional teams to manage scope, governance, and value realization, shaping scalable outcomes in a fast-evolving digital context.This role offers impact at scale within Schneider Digital’s global hub network.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Own end-to-end project lifecycle from discovery to closure * Define scope, roadmap, and success criteria; manage timeline, budget, quality * Establish governance, steerCo, and reporting; manage risks and changes * Translate business needs into scalable digital/AI use cases; coordinate solution design and data flows * Align business objectives with technical delivery; ensure MVP/pilot execution * Coordinate global governance and stakeholder alignment across regions * Lead deployment, adoption, and change management including training * Define KPIs and monitor benefits realization post-deployment * Collaborate with external vendors to ensure scope and delivery quality * Deliver clear, concise communication and transparent leadership reports * Drive value realization and scaling of solutions * Navigate complex, multi-country environments to balance priorities Responsabilidades * 8+ years in project or program management (digital/IT/transformation) * Experience in AI, digital, or customer support transformation is a strong plus * Experience in international and cross-functional environments * Strong expertise in end-to-end project delivery (scope, schedule, risk, quality) * Experience managing complex, cross-functional, global programs * Solid knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and PMP practices * Advanced PowerPoint and Excel; familiar with Teams, SharePoint, Confluence * Understanding of digital, AI, and data-driven solutions; data integrations and workflows * Exposure to CRM / customer support platforms (e.g., Salesforce) * Strong stakeholder management and communication in a global matrix * Ownership mindset and robust problem-solving in evolving contexts * Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT/Engineering/Management/AI or related field Requisitos principales * flexible schedule * hybrid work * Holy Pack (extra vacation days) * Sabbatical Pack (unpaid leave) * Global Family Leave Policy * Wellbeing platform access (Wellwo/Wellhub)
