You will build the intelligent decision-making engine that optimizes airport turnarounds in real-time. Joinkyber.com is replacing manual spreadsheets and radios with AI-driven orchestration of tasks, staff, and equipment. You’ll own the full-stack system-from ingestion of messy signals to deterministic state machines-ensuring reliable, high-stakes infrastructure for global aviation hubs.

• Has 3+ years of experience building production-grade backend systems at high-growth startups, specifically demonstrating deep proficiency with TypeScript and Python.
• Demonstrates expertise in event-driven architectures, scheduling algorithms, or workflow engines with a focus on deterministic compute and system correctness.
• Possesses a strong builder mentality and DevOps background in IaC, CI/CD, and observability for mission-critical, cloud-native environments.

• Join a pre-seed team led by an ex-F1/Lufthansa operations expert and a space-tech CTO with pilot programs already demonstrated to reduce labor waste by 60%.
• Experience massive technical ownership with a top-tier compensation package and the systems complexity typically found at much later-stage companies.

What You Will Do

• Design real-time data processing pipelines that reconcile messy operational signals into a single, canonical truth for airport ground handlers and airlines.
• Build conflict detection systems and state machines that manage complex dependencies across staff, equipment, and gate assignments under tight latency constraints.
• Own the infrastructure-as-code and DevOps layer, ensuring 100% reliability for production systems where downtime directly translates to missed flights.
