Data Scientist We are looking for a motivated and experiencedData Scientistto join the Analytics team of a leading company specialising in real estate data and technology.Data analysis and the development of data-driven digital products are at the heart of the organisation.In this role, you will help design and develop predictive models and advanced analytical solutions using complex and heterogeneous data.You will work closely with both technical and business teams, contributing to innovative projects with a real impact on clients and the organisation.This is an excellent opportunity to combine modelling, data engineering and applied analytics in a dynamic environment.Location:Las Rozas, Madrid Working model:Hybrid Employment type:Full-time Reporting to:Head of Data Science Languages:Fluent Spanish and English Key responsibilitiesExplore, transform and structure large volumes of complex and heterogeneous data to generate meaningful insights.Design, train and continuously improve predictive models for internal initiatives and client-facing projects.Create new variables and indicators by applying machine learning techniques to business and real estate challenges.Optimise and evolve analytical pipelines and processes to improve efficiency, scalability and quality.Identify, integrate and leverage new external data sources to enrich existing models and broaden their impact.What we’re looking forA degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering or another related discipline with a strong statistical and mathematical foundation.At least two years of proven experience working on analytical or data science projects.Advanced programming skills in Python and/or R. Requirements
