Job description

  • Operate trucks to transport freight to various locations while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe operating condition.
  • Load and unload cargo as necessary, ensuring proper handling and securing of freight.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including route details and delivery confirmations.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding route changes, delays, or issues encountered during transport.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations regarding commercial driving.
  • Manage routes efficiently to optimize delivery times while maintaining quality service.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Customer communication?, We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently across designated routes. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to handle various types of trucks, including flatbed, dump truck, and refrigerated trailers., * Proven experience as a delivery driver or truck driver with a strong understanding of route driving.

  • Proficiency in operating various types of trucks including flatbed, dump trucks, and refrigerated trailers.
  • Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety protocols.
  • Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with GPS devices or maps for efficient route planning.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and adhere to strict delivery schedules.
