leadership and teams to design and implement scalable, robust software solutions Improve the existing platform to increase the amount of business functionality driven by end-user configuration Enhance system automation across scale, resiliency, and deployment Build and enhance core platform components and shared libraries (AWS, Go, Erlang, Kafka) used across the organisation Build on the CloudNative platform, enabling greater use of AWS technology to accelerate delivery, scale, and resiliency Analyse complex system challenges and drive improvements to architecture, scalability, and platform efficiency Drive technical initiatives from concept to execution, influencing decisions and aligning multiple teams Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the wider business to understand and drive improvements across the platform Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and efficiency What we are looking for Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in a
