needs with system capabilities * Utilize tools such as MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Smartsheet, and other business analysis tools to document and present findings * Support business process transformation efforts, identifying opportunities for efficiency and optimization QUALIFICATIONS: * 8+ years of experience in business analysis, demonstrating how analysis contributed to business value, insights and process optimization * Experience working in similar industries to Supermicro (technology, hardware, or manufacturing) * Strong ability to engage stakeholders, ask the right questions, and construct meaningful business documentation * Fluency in English (reading, writing and speaking). Mandarin and Cantonese are a plus * Ability to work in cross-functional environments and adapt to evolving business needs * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in organizations undergoing business process transformation * Experience with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with Smartsheet * Technical writing experience is a plus This is an excellent opportunity for a highly analytical and structured thinker who can drive clarity and process improvement in a fast-moving organization.
