About the role We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer with a strong visual eye and a passion for creating elevated web experiences. This role is focused specifically on web and brand-led digital experiences, rather than product or app design. We want someone who understands how to translate a brand into a website that feels modern, intentional and emotionally engaging - not just functional. You’ll work closely with strategy, branding and development teams to design premium websites for international brands across beauty, lifestyle, fashion and culture. The ideal candidate has a portfolio that feels contemporary, refined and design-led, with strong attention to aesthetics, user experience and brand expression across every touchpoint. Key responsibilities UX/UI & Digital Design · Craft emotionally engaging web experiences through typography, layout, motion and interaction design · Create seamless and visually elevated digital experiences across desktop and mobile · Develop creative concepts, wireframes, UI systems and high-fidelity interfaces in Figma · Translate brand guidelines into immersive and cohesive digital experiences · Craft layouts with strong typography, hierarchy, composition and interaction detail · Design both custom digital experiences and scalable CMS-based websites Creative Direction & Collaboration · Collaborate closely with strategy, branding and development teams throughout the creative process · Contribute ideas that elevate projects beyond standard website solutions · Help shape the visual direction and digital storytelling of client brands · Stay up to date with contemporary web design, art direction, digital culture and interaction trends · Present and communicate design decisions clearly and confidently Requirements · 5 years of experience in UX/UI or digital/web design · Strong portfolio showcasing visually driven, premium web experiences · Excellent visual design skills with strong understanding of typography, layout, composition and art direction · Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern UI design workflows · Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design and user behavior · Ability to create polished and thoughtful digital experiences from concept to final UI · Experience collaborating with developers and multidisciplinary creative teams · Strong understanding of branding and ability to translate brand identity into digital environments · High level of attention to detail and design consistency · Fluent English communication skills Languages * English (mandatory) * Spanish (preferably) * Any other languages are a plus.
