CRM & Automation Systems Manager

Hey there Club GLOBALS is looking for a CRM & Automation Systems Manager. This role centers around optimizing operational workflows, standardizing data processes, and managing CRM platforms (specifically Zoho) with a focus on automation and systems improvements. Key Responsibilities: You will work closely with our COO to assure that our database is always clean, efficient and ready to serve our community CRM Management: Oversee Zoho CRM, ensuring efficient tagging and integration with other business tools and maintaining high data quality standards. Process Automation: Design, implement, and manage automation workflows to optimize routine tasks and improve operational efficiency using Deluge and Zoho tools. Data Standardization: Develop data flows, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and accessibility of business data documentation. System Optimization: Evaluate and enhance existing systems, focusing on continuous improvement to support strategic growth and scalability. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into system functionalities and automation solutions. Requirements - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience in CRM management and automation platforms, specifically Zoho CRM and Deluge scripting (not mandatory). - Demonstrated experience and interest in data standardization, process automation, and systems optimization. - Knowledge of automation tools and principles, with familiarity in workflows across CRM, ERP, and integration platforms. - Solid understanding of data governance, data cleaning, and data migration practices. - Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. - Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process efficiency and scalability solutions. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Familiarity with API integration and data synchronization tools is a plus. - Basic knowledge of SQL, data visualization, and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail. - Proactive attitude with a strong inclination to innovate and improve existing systems and workflows.
