Software Engineer

• Contribute to the execution of engineering projects, ensuring their successful completion within defined timelines and quality standards.

• Develop and implement engineering solutions, adhering to best practices and leveraging appropriate tools and technologies.

• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and performance of deliverables.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to address issues and challenges encountered during project execution.

• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and operations, to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes.

• Communicate project progress, risks, and challenges to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

o Strong “Full Stack” technical skills and proficiency in programming languages (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL), software development methodologies, and tools.

o Familiarity with AWS or other cloud infrastructure platforms. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience with Snowflake.

• Experience within Agile/Scrum delivery practices.

• Previous development work supporting marketing business functions and teams.

• Contribute to the development of scalable ML/AI solutions (predictive models, LLM-based workflows, or automation tools)

• Build and maintain data pipelines and feature engineering workflows to support ML models

• 1-3 years of experience in software engineering or a related technical role.
